WHAT IS THE KITCH DIFFERENCE?
More choice! We have over 90 style and finish combinations to choose from. All our doors and panels are 3/4" thick, unlike the other guys that are 1/2" or 5/8" and we offer a wider catalog of sizes to choose from. Our products are made to order and are flat-packed and ready to ship in just 6-8 weeks.
WHICH CABINET SYSTEMS DO YOU MAKE DOORS FOR?
We make doors that fit the SEKTION® kitchen systems and GODMORGON® bathroom vanities. We have also created our own line of cabinet boxes and drawers that are compatible with the SEKTION® system! To learn more about the KitchBOX, see here.
Absolutely. In our order portal, select the tailor-made panel. Please note: all panels are made to the provided dimensions, read and follow the manufacturer dimensions carefully. The machining of the holes and panel attachment is entirely the responsibility of the customer.
DO YOU MAKE PAINTED (LACQUERED) OR PAINT-READY DOORS?
We do not. Painted and lacquered products do not hold up as well as a laminate or vinyl finish. We’ve spent many years in this industry, and our experience is that painted doors will fail prematurely, and not meet the Kitch standard.
DO YOU OFFER GLASS DOORS?
We offer insert-ready frames, but glass inserts will need to be purchased separately.
DO YOU MAKE DOORS THAT FIT IKEA'S® DISCONTINUED AKURUM KITCHEN SYSTEM?
We do not make doors for the Akurum line. You can always order our tailor-made doors to fit any cabinet. Drilling is the responsibility of each customer.
IS EVERYTHING DRILLED TO ACCEPT IKEA'S® HARDWARE?
Yes, all doors and drawer fronts are drilled to match BLUM specifications. A press-in bumper is also installed so you don't have to deal with those pesky stick-on bumpers that inevitably fall off.
HOW DOES YOUR TOE KICK ATTACH TO IKEA® LEGS?
You will need to screw the IKEA® leg clip to the back of our toe kick. Use this visual representation as a guide.
WHAT ARE KITCH DOORS MADE OF?
Our doors are made from an MDF or PBC core (which has twice the density of IKEA® doors) and a TFL finish.
HOW DO I CARE FOR MY DOORS?
Use a damp cloth with mild, non-abrasive soap to clean your cabinets and dry immediately with a microfibre cloth. For more detailed instructions, click here.
What’s the difference between ‘For KitchBOX’ and ‘For SEKTION’ products?
The difference is the drilling patterns and the size offerings. Products that are labeled ‘For KitchBOX’ are made for the KitchBOX cabinet system. Products that are labeled ‘For SEKTION’ are made for the IKEA® SEKTION frames.
WHAT IS THE LEAD-TIME ON ORDERS?
Kitch orders are ready to ship in 6-8 weeks.
IF I MODIFY A CABINET, CAN YOU MAKE ME A CUSTOM DOOR OR DRAWER SIZE?
We offer tailor-made doors available in any width between 5-7/8" and 23 7/8". We also offer a tailor-made panel available in widths ranging from 9-7/8" to 47 7/8" and heights between 6" and 95". Tailor-made products are not drilled. Drilling is the responsibility of the customer.
WHAT IF I NEED TO CHANGE MY ORDER?
We understand that design and construction changes often occur, sometimes even after an order is placed. Our clients are allotted one business day (from receipt of payment) to make changes on regular orders. Any requests for revisions after this period will simply be added as a new order. Our products are made-to-order, therefore we do not offer refunds or exchanges.

Hire a Kitch Partner! Our partners are an extension of our Kitch Crew, bringing design expertise, logistical support, and installation services to your project.
I HAVE AN IKEA® PLAN AND WANT A QUOTE FOR KITCH FRONTS AND PANELS. WHAT DO I DO?
If you have an IKEA® plan and are looking for a quote for Kitch fronts and panels, there are a few important things to note. Because Kitch is a premium product, your quote will be approximately double the price of your IKEA® plan. If you are want a hand building your order you will first need to create an account in our portal. Once completed, purchase the Build Your Order service and we'll take it from there!
How can I ensure I have ordered all the correct Kitch products I need for my project?
No worries! Kitch is now offering a Build Your Order service, that includes an Order Assurance Policy. Upon installation, if the items received are not all that is required to complete the project, as designed by you and quoted by the Kitch Crew, Kitch will supply any remaining items at no charge (including shipping). Customer satisfaction is our top priority and we want you to have a successful, stress-free project.

CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER?
Absolutely! Orders can be picked up at our warehouse, located at 11512 184 Street Northwest, Edmonton Alberta T5S 2S6, Canada.
WHERE DO YOU SHIP?
We ship Canada wide to all provinces and territories. For shipping in the US, all orders must be made through our Kitch Jacksonville Partner. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org for more info.
HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
All orders are made to order in Canada and shipped from our warehouse in Edmonton, Alberta. Shipping cost varies depending on the size, weight, and destination of your order. Once you’ve chosen your preferred shipping method in our portal, the cost will be calculated at the time of checkout. Kitch is happy to offer $149 Flat-rate shipping for orders $3,999+ (before taxes) delivered within Canada!
HOW IS MY ORDER SHIPPED?
All doors are shipped via LTL (a courier with less than a truckload). An LTL order will be on a pallet, and dropped curb-side at your ship to address. You will be called in advance to book your LTL delivery from the courier. We will provide you with the courier contact number once your order has shipped, and we will follow-up once it arrives.
IS THERE A SIZE LIMIT TO WHAT YOU SHIP?
To prevent damage, the maximum length of any Kitch piece we ship is 95". If your order exceeds 1000lbs it will be sent on multiple pallets.
DO YOU HONOUR RETURNS?
Because Kitch components are made-to-order — nothing is made until your order is processed. Therefore, we can't offer returns. However, we will fix any manufacturer-related imperfections if a claim is made within 15 days of arrival.
WHAT IF SOMETHING ARRIVES DAMAGED?
The only thing more important than getting your order right is making sure it arrives in mint condition. To that end, we take great care in packing everything. We ask that all customers unwrap and inspect their delivery upon arrival and notify us of any problems within 2 business days. Documenting damage is vital, so please take photos and save all packing material. If a remake is required, please take photos of the blemish along with the label on the piece and email them to email@example.com. We'll review and advise what the next steps will be for you. You have 15 DAYS from receiving your products to report any damages to us.
WHAT IS THE KITCH WARRANTY ON DOORS, CABINETS AND DRAWERS?
Kitch offers a limited 10-year warranty against manufacturer-related defects for the Colour and Textured lines. Everyday occurrences like heat exposure, water damage, scratches and fading are not included. Cabinets and Drawer materials (Melamine) have a 5-year warranty. BLUM hardware has a lifetime warranty.
