Terms & Conditions — “Show Us Your Kitch” Photo Submission Contest


These Terms & Conditions govern the “Show Us Your Kitch” photo submission contest (the “Contest”) run by Kitch (“Kitch”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

By submitting photos, you agree to the following:


1. Eligibility

  • You must have a completed installation using authentic Kitch products (door fronts, panels, shelves, or related components).

  • Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Kitch are not eligible.

2. How to Enter

  • Submit clear photos of your finished Kitch space via the official submission form.

  • Multiple photo entries are allowed.

  • No purchase is necessary to enter.

3. Submission Requirements

Photos must:

  • Feature a real, completed residential installation using Kitch products.

  • Be original photos taken by you, or submitted with the photographer’s permission.

  • Not include watermarks, logos, or third-party branding.

  • Not include identifiable faces of individuals unless you have their written consent.

4. Prize

  • Selected winners will receive a $100 CAD cash prize and up to $500 CAD if they win multiple times.

  • Prize is non-transferable.

5. Selection Process

  • Submissions will be reviewed by the Kitch marketing team.

  • Winners are selected based on photo quality, styling, lighting, and overall presentation of Kitch products.

  • Not all submissions will be selected. Selection is at Kitch’s sole discretion.

  • Kitch will not use your photo unless you are selected.

6. Usage Rights (Important)

You understand that:

  • Your photos may be used in promotional materials only with prize compensation.

  • Your name and Instagram account may be shared when featuring your space.

7. Notification of Winners

  • Winners will be contacted via email.

  • If no response is received within 7 days, Kitch reserves the right to select another submission.

8. Content Restrictions

Submissions must not contain:

  • Offensive, illegal, or inappropriate content

  • Third-party copyrighted material

  • Visible competitor products or branding

9. Contest Period

  • The Contest runs on an ongoing basis. Kitch may close or pause submissions at any time without notice.

10. Acceptance

By submitting photos, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
