Free Shipping Event

Event Duration:

The Free Shipping Event runs from August 1, 2024, to September 26, 2024.

Eligibility:

To qualify for free shipping, customers must select the "Free Curbside Delivery (Canada)" shipping method before submitting their order. The Free Shipping Event applies exclusively to Canadian orders being delivered to a Canadian address.

Fees:
  • Pallet Fee: Customers will be charged a pallet fee for the “Free Curbside Delivery (Canada)” shipping method based on the order value.
  • Order Value: For orders above $1,500, an additional fee of $59 will be applied to every $5,000 increment of the order value. For example:
    • Orders between $1,500 and $4,999 will incur a $59 fee.
    • Orders between $5,000 and $9,999 will incur a $118 fee, and so on.
Special Order Requirements:

Certain special order items may be excluded from the Free Shipping Event. If there are any discrepancies in your order, a Kitch advisor will be in contact with you when the order is verified.

Shipping Time:

All orders, regardless of the shipping method chosen, will ship in less than 5 weeks. Please note that this timeline is based on standard order processing times and does not account for any unforeseen delays.

General Terms:
  • This offer is only valid for orders placed within the specific event dates.
  • The Free Shipping Event cannot be combined with any other promotional offers or discounts.
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring that the correct shipping method is selected to qualify for the promotion.
  • Not applicable for US customers.
