Kitch Holiday Sale - Terms & Conditions


The following terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the Kitch Holiday Sale running from December 9, 2025, through December 29, 2025.

 

  1. PROMOTIONAL OFFER

    1. Customers may purchase one of the following discounted Kitch gift cards:

    $5,000 Card — Pay $4,750

    • Customer receives a $5,000 credit to use toward a Kitch order.

    • Savings: $250 (5% discount).

    $10,000 Card — Pay $9,000

    • Customer receives a $10,000 credit to use toward a Kitch order.

    • Savings: $1,000 (10% discount).


  2. ELIGIBILITY

    Purchase the discounted Holiday Gift Card during the promotional period. The value of the card can be applied to any Kitch cabinet doors, floating shelves, drawer fronts and panels. Gift cards hold their full promotional value ($5K or $10K), not the discounted purchase amount. Orders must be placed between 12:00 AM EST on December 9, 2025, and 11:59 PM EST on December 29, 2025.



  3. CREDITS AND APPLICATION


    Credits must be used within 12 months of purchase. Credits cannot be transferred, resold, refunded, or exchanged for cash.



  4. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

    Delivery is available only to regions where Kitch offers standard service. Certain rural or remote locations may incur additional fees or may not be eligible. Delivery timelines may vary based on availability and location; delays may occur during high-demand periods.


  5. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

    Holiday Savings Cards are non-refundable. Promotional credit from the card cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged. If a customer chooses not to proceed with their project, the promotional credit expires with no cash value.


  6. CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS

    Kitch reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the promotion at any time, without prior notice. Any abuse of the promotion (e.g., fraudulent activity, multiple account creation, etc.) may result in order cancellation and future disqualification from promotions.
