Kitch cabinets are built to go together with a screwdriver and a few basic tools. A KitchBOX assembles in about three minutes, and plenty of customers do the whole room themselves. But a kitchen is more than assembly, and there are good reasons to bring in one of our partners.
Someone measures for you
Most costly reorders start with a measurement taken wrong. A partner measures your space in person before anything is made, and because Kitch doors are made to order, getting it right the first time is the whole game.
Old kitchens are rarely square
Walls bow, floors slope, and older homes almost never give you a true 90° corner. Scribing panels, shimming boxes and levelling runs are what separate a good install from an obvious one.
They handle the trades
Plumbing, electrical, countertop templating and appliance fitting all have to happen in the right order. A partner sequences it so you are not living without a sink for three weeks.
Some partners offer design and installation together, some do one or the other, and some have showrooms where you can see and touch the finishes before you commit.
These are designers, installers and showrooms who work with our doors, panels and KitchBOX every week, not for the first time on your job.

What is the difference between Start My Design and Build My Cart?+
Whether you already have a design. Build My Cart starts from a finalized IKEA® Planner file you have made yourself: we review it and build the order. Start My Design starts from nothing but your measurements and inspiration photos: we create the design, share floor plans, elevations and 3D renderings, revise it with you, and then build the order. Both finish with a ready-to-order cart and Kitch Assurance.
Do I have to use a partner to install my kitchen?+
Not at all. Kitch is designed for DIY, with pre-installed hardware and assembly guides for every product. A partner is worth considering if your space is not square, if you would like someone to measure in person before anything is made, or if you would rather not coordinate plumbing, electrical and countertops yourself.
What is your order assurance policy?+
Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we are committed to making your project as smooth and stress-free as possible. Upon installation, if you find that additional items are needed to complete the project designed in collaboration with Kitch, we will cover the shipping. Just let us know what is missing, and we will get it to you quickly at the cost of the parts only.
What is the lead time on my order?+

Which cabinet systems do you make doors for?+
We make doors that fit the SEKTION® kitchen systems. We also offer our own modular cabinet collection, KitchBOX!
What is your return policy?+
Because Kitch doors are made to order, nothing is made until your order is processed. Therefore, we cannot offer returns. However, we will fix any manufacturer-related imperfections if a claim is made within 15 days of arrival.
