Threshold Delivery: Your pallet is delivered to the first dry area on your property, such as a garage or inside your front door, so you can trust your components are safe and protected from the elements. You’re responsible for the unpacking and disposal of all materials. This method requires a signature upon delivery and lets you choose an appointment time. This option does not include flights of stairs or elevators. If your shipping address is an apartment or condominium building, your pallet will be delivered to the lobby.

Curbside Delivery: With this option, your components are shipped by a freight carrier, delivering your purchase right to your driveway. You’re responsible for the unpacking and disposal of all materials. This method requires a signature upon delivery and lets you choose an appointment time.

Courier: This is only applicable to orders/remakes that are under 50 lbs and 48” in length.
