Carry-in delivery

Your order is offloaded and carried into the first dry area of your home — typically a garage, mudroom or entryway — so it stays protected from the elements.

  • You choose an appointment time
  • Signature required on delivery
  • No stairs or elevators. Apartments and condos: delivered to the lobby
  • You handle unpacking and packaging disposal

Freight

Curbside delivery

A freight carrier brings your order, usually on a pallet, to your driveway or curbside — the first dry access point.

  • Signature required on delivery
  • You handle unpacking and packaging disposal

Small parcels

Courier

For small orders and remakes that can travel as a regular parcel.

  • Orders or remakes under 50 lb and under 48″ long
