If you have finalized design plans but need help building your order in OrderHUB, get expert assistance from a Kitch Advisor with 2 x 30-minute virtual consultations and personalized recommendations. This service is for those with finalized plans and is NOT a design consultation.
Here's how it works:
1. Purchase & Submit Your Plan
Add this service to your cart and complete checkout. You'll receive a survey via email to submit your finalized IKEA® plan in PDF (must include fronts, panels, and itemized product list) and specify your chosen style and finish. Check your spam folder if you don't see the email.
2. Schedule Your First Consultation
A Kitch Advisor will contact you within 72 hours to schedule a 30-minute virtual meeting to review your plan and design goals.
3. We Build Your Order
Your Kitch Advisor will create your complete order in the OrderHUB based on your design plan. Orders placed with this service qualify for our Order Assurance Policy.
4. Review & Revise
Receive a link to your completed order with the option for one revision and a second 30-minute consultation to walk through everything together.
5. Approve & Order
Carefully review your order and provide written confirmation that all design details, quantities, and specifications are correct. Then place your order and get ready for your Kitch!
Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we're committed to making your project as smooth and stress-free as possible. Upon installation, if you find that additional items are needed to complete the project designed in collaboration with Kitch, we’ll cover the shipping - just let us know what’s missing, and we’ll get it to you quickly at the cost of the parts only.
Delivered in 6-8 weeks! (Some restrictions apply)
We make doors that fit the SEKTION® kitchen systems. We also offer our own modular cabinet collection, KitchBOX!
Because Kitch doors are made-to-order — nothing is made until your order is processed. Therefore, we can't offer returns. However, we will fix any manufacturer-related imperfections if a claim is made within 15 days of arrival.
